- are all for Almighty Allah, the Lord of the worlds."

O Ummatul Muslimeen!

Are we prepared to...

.......take our guidance from the Divine Message of Al-Islam, to
build our character as true Muslims and to quicken our space of progress
until we attain our rightful place as the true Vicegerents of Almighty
Allah Rabbul Ala'meen? As Muslims, let us never ever loose sight of the
fact that a stable and virtuous Ummah, a loving Ummah, a caring and
sharing Ummah can be built only on a right conception of Almighty
Allah Rabbul Ala'meen, His Attributes, the necessity of Divine Revelation
and its role in ordering human affairs and a view of life which shows us
our right place in the total scheme of life as the Ummah of the greatest
man who walked upon this earth - Rahmatul Liel Ala'meen.

We are not blind to the fact that the world today faces a void and a great danger.
Who, among the nations of the world, shall come forward and hold the torch
of Islam, the torch of Tawhid and Taqwa, the torch of brotherhood and Muhabbat?
As true vicegerents of Almighty Allah it is up to the Ummah of Nabee Muhammad
Al-Mustapha Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam to present a forceful and true account of
Islam as what it is, a balanced, comprehensive and a comprehensible picture of how
man and his Most Glorious Creator must relate. What the Most Holy and Glorious
Qur'an said to the peoples of the sixth century is as valid in the twenty-first century
and still as urgent as ever: [Surah Al-Ma'ida verses 15 & 16]

"Light and guidance has come to you from Allah.
Those who desire to earn the Pleasure of their Lord
are shown the way of peace and safety by the Qur'an
and such people are taken out by Allah from darkness
into Light and led to the Right Path."

The Western world today continues to remain a stranger to Islam, a religion with
uncompromising monotheism as its basis and clear-cut beliefs, distinguished for its
simplicity, practicability, dynamism, self-confidence and respect for human endeavour,
has been an event of tragic significance. According to Islam, this earthly life is but a
bridge to cross over to the next world; thus inspiring a human being to develop the
qualities of disciplined manliness and dedication to high-minded ideals.
Yes, the Western world remains oblivious to the Prophet of this Divine Message
about whom the Most Glorious Qur'an in its inimitable and majestic style tells us in:
Surah Al-A'raf verse 157

He is"the Prophet who can neither read nor write, whom they will find inscribed in the
Torah and the Gospel" (which are) with them. He will enjoin on them that which is right
and forbid them that which is wrong. He will make lawful for them all the good things and
prohibit for them which is bad, and he will relieve them of their burden and the fetters that
they used to wear."

The world is suffering from a void, a great lack - it has done for centuries. There is
a need of a nation that is strong in all respects - a nation that, through believing and
propagating the True, Final Message, will tackle all the problems of the world and
lead humanity to its rightful destiny. Such a nation must unite faith and morality and
action - combine creativeness, energy with a will to steer the world from evil towards
virtue, from destructiveness towards order and construction. Only such a nation can
be the true leader of mankind; it alone can change the course of history.

This would require a revolution indeed - one to make all others heretofore pale and
insignificant by comparison. It would require a tremendous moral and intellectual
courage; a tremendous capacity for sacrifice, to move from one way of life to another,
from the present order of things to a quite new order, from one faith to another, respect,
peace, spiritual contentment and joy. A profound revolution of this kind with such an
objective - that would truly give right direction to our material power and political
supremacy; we would be leaders by being the examples for humanity. Such leadership
is promised by Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in Surah Al-Qasas verse 5:

"And We wished to be Gracious to those who were being
depressed in the land, to make them leaders (in faith) and
make them heirs."

And in Surah Al-Sajda verse 24

"And We appointed from among them leaders, giving guidance
under Our Command, so long as they persevered with patience
and continued to have faith in Our Signs."

Are we prepared to raise our heads high enough to tell the leaders of the Western World
who possess their awesome fire-power and weapons of mass destruction that we are the
Vicegerents of Almighty Allah Most Exalted and that it is our duty to deliver whom He wills
from the overlordship of His slaves, of men like him, to His own overlordship; from the
narrowness of the world to its boundlessness, from the oppressiveness of other religions
to the Justice of Islam? Yes! Are we prepared to say all this to the those who possess all
the might and whose very name strike terror into an enemy's heart? Are we bold enough
to tell them that we have come to deliver them from the innumerable forms of wretchedness
into the one and only true freedom - that of Almighty Allah Rabbul Ala'meen Most Merciful?

Islam places the crown of vicegerency on man's head; there can be no greater honour. The
entire structure of Islam is based upon the doctrine of Divine Unity, and when it declares
that man is Khalifatullah, the vicegerent of Almighty Allah Rabbul Ala'meen on earth, it
elevates him so much that one cannot think of a higher and nobler concept of humanity.

The heart is devoid of peace. His soul is unhappy. He has reached a stage where life seems
less than meaningless, even pointless. He is dazed and bewildered. What is needed at this
juncture is for Islam to pull it out of the morass of frustration and disillusionment, give it
a new message and breathe new life into it. Life has been moving at a pace that has left
man breathless. The glitter, the glamour and the allurements of this egotistical world is
taking him at break-neck speed and he knows not where.

It truly  bothers me so much that Islam and the entire Muslim Ummah can be declared to be
evil by other groups which are controlled by those cynical liars who have proven themselves
to be evil beyond all doubt. Simple justice demands that the truth of this lie be exposed if we are
to ever have  any peace in this world. Most of all, it requires that we look at ourselves and believe
that we are following the Path of Truth. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the leaders of the
Western world are unwilling or unable to do this, which is why our future seems so dark.
Yes, the West  has everything - wealth, scientific innovation, awesome fire-power, weapons of
mass destruction, educational and medical advancement - but many hearts are devoid of peace.
brotherhood and contentment. They have not been able turn their homes into a paradise.
As Alama Iqbal has said:

"He sought the orbits of the stars, yet
could not travel his own thoughts world."

As Muslims, let us remember that Islam possesses the vast, fragrant treasures of the Sunnah
and the Seerah of its Blessed Nabee Muhammad al-Mustapha Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam,
bright and beautiful. This record is the most radiant in the life of mankind; it reminds us of
our true position, it revives in us a sense of dignity. Its beauty is such that it cannot but
inspire all human beings to follow it and attain heights of power, purity, brotherhood and peace.
It unravels the knots that entangle human intellect; it brings out hidden realities and will
Insha'Allah remain intact, though ages may come and go.

May Almighty Allah Ta'ala in His Infinite Mercy grant us the good fortune to revive the Islamic
Way of Life and to cherish them: to bend only before Him, and to fear no one besides Him, and
be loyal to His Din, and proud of His Message! We beseech Him from the depths of our hearts to
confer this wealth upon the Ummah of His Beloved Nabee Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam.
Almighty Allah Rabbul Ala'meen will be our Helper and Protector when we are proud
of Islam, and Islam is ours and we are of and for Islam.

Insha'Allah - Bie Itt'Nillah! The Muslim Ummah will rise in readiness for their Faith and be
capable of the highest sacrifices in the Way of Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala and
this is a resource of which the Western world is devoid of.

And Almighty Allah knows best.
